April 10 to April 16, 2016 is National Volunteer Week (NVW), a time to celebrate and thank BC's volunteers. Just like roots are essential for trees to bloom,volunteers are essential for communities to boom. Thanks to volunteers,communities grow strong and resilient.

Nominate a youth for a Leaders of Tomorrow Award!
This is your opportunity to nominate youth (age 6 to 24) that demonstrate leadership through volunteerism. This event acknowledges the efforts made by each volunteer in their own special way. Volunteer Cowichan is seeking nominations for the Leaders of Tomorrow Awards.
The awards event to be held April 15, 2016 at the Island Saving Center.
Deadline for nominations is March 25, 2016.
