Cowichan Folk Guild
The Cowichan Folk Guild is a dynamic and democratic community organization dedicated to bringing great music to our community. We do this through local concerts and coffee houses, our youth music events and workshops, the Islands Songwriting Contest and the presentation of our annual flagship event – the Islands Folk Festival. We encourage you to get involved with the guild, attend our events, volunteer and become a member!

How to become a Member
Members must be a person 19 years or over. Anyone interested in joining can complete an application form and pay the current year dues online here , at at most Cowichan Folk Guild events, at the office, or over the phone (250 748-3975). Annual dues are $30. We expect to offer a dedicated on-line application for new members in the near future.
Annual dues should be paid by January 1 each year to avoid being in arrears. A member who has not paid by January 1 is in arrears until current year dues are paid. If a member is in arrears for 12 consecutive months, the membership expires. While in arrears, members are not entitled to discount ticket prices or other benefits. For the convenience of members, annual dues may be paid on-line here.
